Pamela Tassin serves as Director of the Capacity Building Unit at South Side Help Center. Through the efforts of Building and Nurturing Communities of Color (BANCC), she helps direct CDC-funded training and technical assistance (TA) services delivered to HIV/AIDS service providers within the U.S. and its territories. She applies her years of teaching, training, and technical services and consultation to help organizations build and sustain organizational infrastructure and public health programs. Tassin provides training and TA for CDC DEBIs, SISTA, SIHLE, RAPP, and RAPP Components. Other areas of experience include board development, strategic planning, program and staff management, and organizational leadership.
